Finland and Sweden will boycott the EU ministerial meeting in Hungary.
According to the Report, this news was reported by the Finnish newspaper Helsingin Sanomat, citing sources.
According to the newspaper, they plan to protest against Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s visit to Moscow.
The Prime Ministers of Finland and Sweden, Petteri Orpo and Ulf Kristersson, reached an agreement on 10 July.
The boycott means that the countries will not send ministers or foreign ministers to EU ministerial meetings organised as part of Hungary’s presidency of the Council of Europe.
