Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban accused the EU administration of political blackmail and said he should resign because he had failed in all key projects.

The Hungarian Prime Minister reacted to the words of European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, who “openly said” that Budapest could not receive money from EU funds “because of migration and anti-gender policies”.

“Now there are leaders in the EU who have big projects of their own choosing, such as the green transition, sustainability policies, migration, sanctions and pro-war policies, and they have all failed,” he said.

According to Orban, the current EU leadership must go, the EU needs new leaders. Brussels is using the rule of law and conditionality as “political blackmail”, the politician added.
