A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Ankara Centre for Crisis and Political Studies (ANKASAM) and the Economic Scientific Research Institute (ESRI) affiliated to the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan Republic. With the MoU signed by ANKASAM President Prof. Dr. Mehmet Seyfettin Erol and ESRI President Mahir Humbatov, it is aimed to increase scientific studies and further develop cooperation between the two countries.
