Kazakhstan’s Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Bagdat Musin has proposed the creation of a joint alliance of technoparks of SCO countries.

According to Musin, the main goal of the alliance is to share startup projects and the experience of technoparks, help startups enter markets, create a joint venture fund, provide training in joint incubation and acceleration programmes, provide free workspace with 24/7 access, organise B2B meetings and scale solutions in the technoparks of SCO members. Grants and support measures are also envisaged.
The Minister added that the SCO countries have a great potential for startups to cooperate with each other.
