Ukraine has reached new agreements with Norway regarding drones and will sign the relevant contracts in the near future.
According to Report’s Eastern European bureau, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this on Sunday at a joint press conference with the leaders of the Baltic and Scandinavian countries in Kyiv.
“We will sign a strategic partnership agreement. Today we will conclude an agreement on drones and sign a document on a strategic partnership between us and Norway. This is important. We must conclude such agreements with every country in Europe. Today we discussed Ukraine’s air defence needs, in particular the winter support package for the Patriot systems, as well as the ‘Freya’ anti-ballistic project. We will be ready in one or two weeks with concrete steps and will share them with our partners – with all the representatives of these projects. We also discussed the situation in the Black Sea and Russia’s blockade of the food corridor,” Zelenskyy emphasised.
