According to an official statement from the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Danish Foreign Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen will pay an official visit to China from May 17 to 20. The visit will take place at the invitation of Wang Yi, Member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The visit is of great importance for the development of diplomatic relations and deepening bilateral cooperation between China and Denmark. During his visit, Minister Rasmussen is expected to hold extensive talks with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on various issues, including trade, climate change, green energy, sustainable development and international security.
