Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili met with Sabine Monauni, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Liechtenstein on the sidelines of the meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in Luxembourg.
According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry, bilateral relations between the two countries and cooperation in multilateral fora such as the Council of Europe were discussed during the meeting. The parties emphasized that there is significant potential for expanding cooperation in different areas. They also discussed regional and global security threats. Minister Botchorishvili briefed his counterpart on the latest situation in the occupied regions of Georgia and emphasized the importance of keeping this issue on the high-level agenda within the framework of the Council of Europe. Minister Botchorishvili invited his Liechtenstein counterpart to Georgia.
