Reconstruction of the Yeraskh-Nakhchivan and Akhurik-Türkiye border railway sections will be carried out using Armenian state funds, Report informs, citing Armenian media.
“The construction will be carried out using funds from the state budget of Armenia,” Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during a briefing following a cabinet meeting.
The project involves a 1.6-kilometer section stretching from Yeraskh to Nakhchivan and a 12.4-kilometer section from the village of Akhurik to the border with Türkiye.
