ANKASAM Asia-Pacific Expert Mustafa Cem Koyuncu evaluated the SCO Leaders Summit with Sputnik

Mustafa Cem Koyuncu, Asia-Pacific Specialist at the Ankara Center for Crisis and Policy Studies (ANKASAM), commented on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Leaders Summit held on July 4, 2023 for Sputnik. In his assessment, Koyuncu stated that the SCO is important in terms of the search for multipolarity. “Moreover, the discourse on multipolarity has been emphasized not only after the recent SCO Summit, but also after almost all of the Asia-centered initiatives such as BRICS and the Bao Forum,” Koyuncu said.
