Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel General Zakir Hasanov received Türkiye’s newly appointed Military Attaché in Azerbaijan, Major General Ersin Dinçer. Hasanov highlighted that Azerbaijani-Turkish relations are based on friendship, brotherhood, and strategic alliance, and stressed the continued strengthening of military cooperation. Dinçer expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and affirmed his commitment to further enhancing defense ties. The meeting, also attended by outgoing Military Attaché Major General Gaffar Gören, included discussions on future cooperation in military, technical, and educational fields.
