Speaker of the Kyrgyz Parliament Turgunbek Uulu and State Duma Speaker Volodin met

Speaker of the Kyrgyz Parliament Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu and Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin met in Bishkek. The meeting is considered as an important step in deepening inter-parliamentary relations between the two countries and strengthening the strategic partnership. During the talks, the role of parliamentary diplomacy between Kyrgyzstan and Russia was emphasized, as well as the need to further intensify contacts between the legislative bodies of the two countries. The sides agreed to increase mutual visits, strengthen cooperation mechanisms in the legislative framework and support joint legislative initiatives.
