Prof. Dr. Mehmet Seyfettin Erol, President of the Ankara Center for Crisis and Policy Studies (ANKASAM), met with Dr. Tran Van Thuy, Deputy Director General of the National Boundary Commission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam at the 6th Indian Ocean Conference organized by the India Foundation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh and the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies.
