Prof. Dr. Mehmet Seyfettin EROL, President of Ankara Center for Crisis and Political Studies (ANKASAM), evaluated the 2nd Central Asia-EU Summit for Dunyo, one of the leading news agencies of Uzbekistan. In his assessment published in Dunyo Uzbek (Latin Alphabet), Erol said, “It is necessary to closely follow the development of relations between the Central Asian states and the European Union (EU), especially Uzbekistan’s dynamic interaction with the EU. As a matter of fact, Uzbek President Mr. Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s meeting with the President of the European Council Charles Michel within the framework of the summit shows that the New Uzbekistan’s Development Strategy is being consistently implemented in the field of foreign policy.”
