Ten countries — France, Andorra, Australia, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Canada, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, and San Marino — plan to announce their recognition of the State of Palestine on September 22 during a UN conference. The Élysée Palace also condemned Israel’s attempts to occupy Palestinian territories in the West Bank, calling it a “clear red line.”
