Li emphasized the shared responsibility of China and the EU in maintaining global stability. Von der Leyen noted that strengthening dialogue, mutual trust, and cooperation between the world’s two largest economies is crucial. She expressed the EU’s willingness to enhance cooperation in trade, investment, environmental protection, and climate change, highlighting China’s positive role in global green transition efforts.
