Reports on importing parts for the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) drones that attacked Russian military airfields into Russia from the territory of Kazakhstan are speculation. This was stated by the official representative of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Aibek Smadiarov, TASS reported.
He also compared the relevant statements circulated online to conspiracy theories. The diplomat emphasised that Astana will answer all questions as soon as official requests are received by the country’s official bodies.
“Of course, I’ve seen these reports since this morning, Telegram channels are churning this out. (…) Conspiracy theories and all sorts of speculation I will not comment on. If there are any official requests to our official bodies, we will officially [answer] everything,” he said.
Before that, some Telegram channels reported that spare parts for the drones that attacked military airfields in Russia could have been imported to a warehouse in the Chelyabinsk Region from Kazakhstan.
