President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov met in Cholpon-Ata with Iran’s First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref. Discussions focused on the logistics and transit potential of both countries to enhance regional trade and access to seaports. Japarov stressed that strengthening comprehensive cooperation with Iran is a priority of Kyrgyz foreign policy. Aref conveyed greetings from Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and reaffirmed Iran’s readiness to deepen bilateral ties. The leaders agreed to maintain cooperation at a high and strategic level.
