The UK is to speed up the delivery of Lightweight Multirole Missiles (LMMs) to Ukraine as part of a new military aid package worth 45 million pounds sterling (around 60 million dollars).
As reported by Report, citing the UK government’s official website, this is stated in a press release from the Prime Minister’s Office.
According to the statement, missile deliveries worth £10 million from the announced package will be expedited to meet Ukraine’s most pressing needs during the winter months.
It is noted that in March 2025, the UK and Ukraine signed an agreement worth 1.6 billion pounds, providing for the supply of more than 5,000 LMM missiles to Kyiv.
