The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, held a telephone conversation with advisers to the leaders of the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Italy.
According to Report, citing Interfax-Ukraine, this was reported by the press service of the Office of the Ukrainian President.
It is noted that Jonathan Powell, advisor to the British Prime Minister on national security issues, Günter Sauter, advisor to the German Chancellor on foreign policy and security issues, Emmanuel Bonne, diplomatic advisor to the French President, and Pietro Carini, diplomatic advisor to the Chairman of the Italian Council of Ministers, as well as A. Yermak discussed the coordination of diplomatic efforts to achieve a just and lasting peace, as well as preparations for the next meeting in the framework of the negotiation process with the Russian side.
During the conversation, Yermak noted that the Russian Federation has not yet submitted its memorandum to Ukraine with its vision of steps towards a ceasefire, despite the agreement to do so after the completion of the prisoner exchange. At the same time, Ukraine has already submitted its document reflecting its position.
