Azerbaijan and Kuwait adopt comprehensive cooperation roadmap

Azerbaijan and Kuwait have agreed on a Comprehensive Cooperation Roadmap for 2025-2027 to develop bilateral relations at the strategic level.

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov delivered a speech at the 3rd Joint Cooperation Commission Meeting between the governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State of Kuwait, Trend reported citing the Foreign Ministry’s post on the “X” social media platform. In his speech, Bayramov stressed the high potential for expanding bilateral cooperation in key sectors such as economy, trade, investment, energy, transport and logistics. Expressing Azerbaijan’s determination to deepen relations with Kuwait, Bayramov underlined the goal of transforming common priorities into concrete and long-term achievements. At the end of the meeting, the Joint Commission Protocol and the Comprehensive Cooperation Roadmap for 2025-2027 were adopted. Ceyhun Bayramov stated on his social media account that the adopted roadmap provides a clear and ambitious framework for cooperation in areas of mutual interest such as the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in trade and investment, energy, digitalization, transport and logistics, food security, tourism and culture.
