President Ilham Aliyev stated in Kalbajar that the Armenia-Azerbaijan reconciliation process is nearly complete, with the signed documents fully aligning with Azerbaijan’s interests. He emphasized that the long-defunct Minsk Group has reached its end. According to Aliyev, the peace agreement clauses are based on Azerbaijan’s position, and the initialing of the document effectively marks the conclusion of the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict. He also announced that an overland connection with Nakhchivan has been secured.
