In the presence of Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Russian President Vladimir Putin, a total of 13 signed intergovernmental and interdepartmental documents aimed at the further development of cooperation were exchanged. The package, signed on Wednesday, November 13, 2025, covers a wide range of areas, from economics and transport to education, ecology, and nuclear safety. Key documents include a Comprehensive Program of Economic Cooperation for 2026–2030 and agreements on transport security and transit rail transport. Special attention was given to space cooperation, with an agreement signed to establish a Kazakh-Russian Intergovernmental Commission for flight tests of the “Soyuz-5” and “Baiterek” rocket and space complexes. This comprehensive agreement package underscores the two nations’ commitment to deepening their strategic and multidimensional partnership, aiming to reinforce regional economic integration and technological collaboration.
