Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Pakistan, Avazbek Atakhanov, met with Tipu Usman, Chief of Protocol at Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to discuss the upcoming meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission between the two countries.
During the meeting, the agenda of the commission, the current state of bilateral cooperation, and new projects—particularly in the fields of trade, investment, transport, energy, and education—were addressed. The parties reviewed the details of the preparations for the meeting and agreed to accelerate the process. Ambassador Atakhanov emphasized that strengthening relations between Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan is of strategic importance for both countries. Tipu Usman affirmed that Pakistan will continue efforts to diversify and deepen cooperation between the two nations. The upcoming meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission is expected to give new momentum to bilateral relations.
