From September 4 to 10, 2025, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan will hold a joint meeting in Tashkent on the demarcation of their state border. According to the September 1 decree of Kyrgyzstan’s Cabinet of Ministers, the Kyrgyz delegation includes representatives from the Presidential Administration, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security, and experts from the “Goskartography” agency. The head of the working group is Nazirbek Borubaev, the Cabinet’s Special Representative on Border Issues.
The working group of the Kyrgyz delegation on the demarcation of the Kyrgyz-Uzbekistan border will meet with their Uzbek counterparts from September 4-10.
