Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between Ankara Center for Crisis and Policy Studies and Uzbekistan Development Strategies Center (DSC)

With the aim of developing and deepening the relations between Turkey and Uzbekistan, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed on July 9, 2021 between the Ankara Center for Crisis and Policy Studies (ANKASAM) and the Development Strategy Center (DSC), one of the leading think tanks of Uzbekistan.

There are experts working in different ministries within the DSC, headed by Eldor Tulyakov, advisor to the President of Uzbekistan, Şevket Mirziyoyev. DSC, led by Tulyakov, signs cooperation agreements with international organizations and think tanks from many countries of the world.

The DSC delegation, headed by Tulyakov, held a meeting with ANKASAM, which researches on the Asian continent, Central Asia and the Turkish World, as part of their visit to Turkey. After the meeting, Prof. Mehmet Seyfettin Erol, President of ANKASAM, and DSC President Tulyakov signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing cooperation between institutions.

In their speeches, Erol and Tulyakov wished that the signatures would contribute to the relations between both the two countries and think tanks.
