Spanish Defence Minister Margarita Robles will visit Kyiv this week to discuss further initiatives to support Ukraine in the areas of security, defence and humanitarian aid.

According to the report, a series of meetings with Ukrainian officials are planned as part of the visit with the aim of strengthening bilateral cooperation.
In particular, on 22 April, Robles will hold meetings with Ukrainian Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov and the head of the State Border Guard Service, Valerii Vavryniuk,” the report notes.
In addition, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will present Robles with the Order of Princess Olga, Third Class, in recognition of Spain’s military and humanitarian support.
She will conclude her tour of the region on 23 April in Moldova, where a meeting with the country’s defence minister will take place in Chișinău.
