By the end of 2024, software revenues rose 80% compared to 2020, and the data industry reached 5.86 trillion yuan in value. Over 10,000 smart factories have been established, creating new jobs and driving industrial transformation. China plans new policies on data rights, public data use, and building a national data market. Internationally, it has promoted digital economy cooperation through platforms like the G20, APEC, and the Belt and Road Initiative, signing 26 cooperation MoUs and partnering with 33 Silk Road e-commerce countries.
