According to a Trend special correspondent, this was stated by the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, at the informal summit of the member states of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS) in Turkestan.
“The theme of today’s summit, ‘Artificial Intelligence and Legal Development’, is an extremely topical issue that meets the demands of the times. The world is undergoing profound changes. It is clear just how rapidly technology is transforming our lives. Today, competition is not only for resources and territory, but also for technology and artificial intelligence. In these circumstances, the Organisation of Turkic States has a good opportunity to establish itself as an independent economic and technological centre,” said Japarov.
“The present time is a time for strengthening our shared identity in this direction. Only through our joint efforts, the exchange of knowledge and technological integration will we be able to meet the demands of the modern world. The unity and shared innovative potential of the Turkic states will open up new economic opportunities and strengthen the region as a strong centre on the global technological map,” he added.
